*Returning students are those students who were enrolled in a KCTCS college in either the fall 2010 or spring 2011 semester (or both) as provided in the KCTCS Guaranteed Tuition Program approved by the KCTCS Board of Regents June 17, 2010.
**Contiguous counties are those which border Kentucky. Tuition is charged for each credit hour enrolled.
Tuition and fees are determined by the Kentucky Community and Technical College System Board of Regents. For payment deadlines, refer to the college academic calendar.
Returning students at each of the 16 KCTCS colleges will not be subject to a tuition increase for the 2011-12 academic year, if they enrolled during the fall 2010 or spring 2011 semesters. Eligible students will receive a tuition rate of $130 per credit hour, the same rate they paid during the 2010-11 academic year.

These Indiana counties are considered resident: Dearborn, Franklin, Jefferson, Ohio, Ripley, and Switzerland
These Ohio counties are considered resident: Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, Highland, and Warren (students accepted into the Associate Degree Nursing program are excluded and must pay contiguous or out of state rate).

Security Charge: $40 per on-campus student per semester (link shows student groups exempted from the charge)
