LEAD

The GCTC Leadership Enrichment and Development (LEAD) program is designed as a personal and professional development experience where one may explore his/her potential for leadership in various college roles.  The participants may be expected to do assigned readings before the sessions and to participate in teams/committees and/or projects after the program.  Currently, there are 47 graduates of LEAD and the sixth class has 12 participants.  Faculty and staff members are encouraged to apply for the 10 month program, which begins every August and runs through May.
