Students receiving a degree/diploma/certificate (credential) must fill out a Graduation Application form. These forms are available on the website, in the front offices of each campus, and in the Registrar’s Office. After filling out the form, students must meet with their advisor to make sure all program requirements have been completed. The advisor then signs the Graduation Application, attaches all necessary documentation, and forwards the application packet to their division chair. When the division chair receives the packet, they will check it to ensure everything is complete, sign the application, and forward the entire packet to the Registrar. The Registrar then does a graduation audit to ensure that all program requirements have been met and all required documentation has been sent. If everything is in order, the Registrar will award the credential. When the credential arrives, it will be mailed to the student’s home.
