Drop Form

By submitting this form, I understand:

  1. That my financial aid may be affected by this action and I will contact Financial Aid. I have met with and have a permission email from Financial Aid to drop.
  2. That it is my responsibility to pay any balance on my bill not covered by financial aid.
  3. That my academic progress may be affected by this action. I have met with my advisor and have a permission email from him/her to drop.
  4. If I am dropping all my classes, I have a permission email from someone on the Student Affairs Leadership Team to drop.
  5. This form will be processed as of the day it is received in the Registrar’s office. (It must be received in the Registrar’s Office at the Edgewood campus by 4 p.m. on the dates listed on the academic calendar.)
  6. I must submit all requested information below for drop to be processed.

Attention: After mid-term of each session, students must have permission from their instructor(s) to drop classes. Check the academic calendar for these dates.
Email permission from any of the above listed groups is acceptable if the email is sent by Financial Aid, the advisor, the Student Affairs Leadership Team member, and/or the instructor to gw-studentrecords@kctcs.edu
