Are you looking to save money while earning college credit that will apply to a bachelor's degree? The Associate in Arts degree is designed for transfer to bachelor's degree programs at universities. This degree has substantial general education components and is designed to accommodate transfer. Gateway is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. SACS accreditation means Gateway meets standards of excellence widely accepted by colleges and universities across the nation.
Students with defined professional/career goals requiring a bachelor's degree may begin their education at a community college, then transfer to any public university in the state -- with the guarantee that all credits taken in compliance with a framework will transfer toward their program.
