My role at Gateway: I teach courses within the Manufacturing Engineering Technology Department
How long I’ve worked here: I have worked for Gateway since January 2009 Where I’m from: I am from Louisville, Kentucky Why I do what I do: I teach because I LOVE it! I love seeing my students learn new skills and go on to accomplish their goals. My philosophy: Everyone can learn! It is easy for some and hard for others, but everyone can learn. I like our students because: They come to learn. Hardly any of them are here because “their parents told them they had to come;” they want to learn. A little more about me: I usually read a novel a week, so it is a little difficult to pick just one favorite book. I play chess or any sport I can get my hands on. I just may be the biggest nerd in the world who also enjoys working out and playing sports. I plan on playing video games until I die!
