Foreign Language

We offer the traditional 30-hour courses of Beginning Spanish, Intermediate Spanish, and Conversational Spanish—all with an emphasis on conversation and comprehension. In addition, we offer 18-hour Workplace Spanish® focusing on the phrases and dialogues specific to a profession, during which participants will learn to communicate, simply but effectively, with Spanish-speaking community members they may encounter during the course of their work day.

Beginning Spanish

Introduction to the Spanish language through listening and speaking, practicing situational dialogues, and vocabulary building exercises. No prior Spanish experience is required.

Intermediate Spanish

Students continue their study of the Spanish language through listening and speaking, practicing situational dialogues, and vocabulary building exercises.

Conversational Spanish

Designed for those who want to continue their study of the Spanish language through topical discussions and conversation.
